Introduction
Phatstart.com is a revolutionary cross media company dedicated to creating websites,
broadband content and soon a television show just for teens. The company was established
in August of 99 and went live January 1st, 2000. Since then, the company has expanded with
partnerships with the best teen websites on the internet as well as offline teen brands and
now enjoys over 100 million ads a month
Management
The company is led by 16 year old
Ben Cathers (CEO) and has a management team with over 70 years of experience in television
and advertising
Investors
The company is currently incubated by Go4Media and has recieved equity funding from Go4Media.
The company, as of May 2001, is seeking additional investors and will announce a new late stage
investor in the company by June/July 2001. Any investor interested in getting our business plan

seeking additional funding while we prepare for our later stage investors
