Stress
We all get some time during our life. Whether it's a big test that's coming up, or even just going
to school, people get stressed. For some people, stress is a minor inconvenience, but for others, it can create
terrible headaches or stomach aches
What's a teen to do?
There are many different ways to relieve stress, starting from simple changes to your diet, to
a simple 3 minute a day breathing method. If you have a serious stress problem, you should talk it
over with your parents and try to see if you can maybe go to a doctor or a therapist. Serious stress
can cause high blood pressure or other heart related problems
However, this simple two part course can help relieve minor stress problems - such as daily inconveniences or having
to take a test.
