Believe it or not, the music you listen to can actually cause stress in the body. Many people who are stressed out, listen to all sorts of violent music, either during the day, during the morning, or at night.

Now, I'm not saying this happens to everyone, but certain teens do get stressed out - especially when listening to music that talks about killings, shootings, drugs and etc.

What you should do is try to listen to more soothing music at some part of the day; such as Classical, new age, or light rock. You should listen to this music during the morning, to relax your body before school, or at night, to sooth your body before going to sleep

Something as simple as this can relax your body, giving it calm thoughts and help easily take stress out.
